What a super exciting ride. Last July 2018, Alex Sverdlik from Markarian Realty helped me buy my adorable house in Lake Balboa California. The housing market was on fire. I was headed out of town and I called Alex one hour before the bids were due and he talked bidding strategy with me in terms that anyone could understand. He is so knowledgeable. When the bidding time closed there were 18 initial offers. Well I have to say, with the help from Alex my bid was one of the 9 very strong bids to be picked for round 2. Round 2... Alex and I were given a deadline to turn in my final offer. Because Alex is so knowledgeable of the market trends he had a bidding strategy to discuss with me that was going to give me a pretty good chance of getting my dream house. Well, we turned in my final offer and ALex was right on with his strategy. Out of the final 9 round 2 bids, my bid was accepted by the seller.
